History, examination and the right imaging
Three specialist pathways. One standard of care.
KNEEO connects SportMed, joint preservation and precision-planned joint replacement—protecting the natural knee whenever appropriate and choosing surgery around the patient’s real goal.

The complete knee journey
Three specialist pathways cover the full spectrum—from sports injury and natural-joint preservation to replacement for advanced disease.
02KNEEO Joint Preservation
Joint preservation is a distinct clinical pathway for patients whose knee can still benefit from biological, mechanical or rehabilitation-based strategies. The plan is matched to symptoms, cartilage, meniscus, alignment, age and activity—not to age alone.
01KNEEO SportMed
Specialist sports injury and arthroscopy care for athletes and active adults—from accurate diagnosis and tissue-preserving surgery to criteria-led return to sport.
03KNEEO Joint Replacement
Personalised partial and total knee replacement for advanced arthritis, combining precision planning, contemporary surgical techniques and milestone-based recovery.

Answer a guided questionnaire and receive a personalised educational report covering possible care pathways, BMI guidance, injections, exercise and a one-week pain tracker.
Advanced knee expertise
SportMed, Joint Preservation and Joint Replacement each receive specialist depth—from diagnosis and planning to rehabilitation and return to function.

Dr Rahul Bade leads KNEEO’s integrated approach across sports injuries, arthroscopy, joint preservation and knee replacement. The emphasis is on explaining the problem clearly, considering the complete range of options and using surgery only when it adds meaningful value.

Recovery is part of the treatment
KNEEO links prehabilitation, pain control, progressive mobility, strength and milestone-based follow-up so every treatment stays focused on function—not just an X-ray.

Knee care questions
General guidance for common knee concerns. Your diagnosis and treatment plan still depend on a clinical assessment.
Consider a specialist review when pain, swelling, locking, instability or reduced movement persists, follows an injury, or starts limiting walking, stairs, work or sport. Seek urgent care after major trauma, inability to bear weight, a hot swollen joint or fever.
No. The plan depends on instability, associated meniscus or cartilage injury, age, activity goals and response to rehabilitation. Some knees do well with structured rehabilitation; others benefit from reconstruction after clinical assessment.
Joint preservation aims to protect the natural knee using rehabilitation, load and weight management, selected injections, meniscus or cartilage procedures, and alignment correction when clinically appropriate.
Sometimes. Exercise, weight management, medicines, injections or joint-preservation treatment may help selected patients. Replacement is considered when arthritis is advanced and symptoms remain life-limiting despite suitable non-operative care.
